The basic detection range is 100…1000 V. However, the lower threshold can be reduced to 12 V by pressing a special button. The mode of operation and the level of detected voltage are indicated by colored LED lights hidden in the tip of the device.

Thanks to its improved design, the VT-3 maintains an IP67 waterproof rating, and durability and ergonomics are also key features. An important role is also played by the built-in flashlight.

Technical Specifications

two ranges of AC voltage detection: 12 V / 100…1000 V

durable, two-component housing

waterproof with an IP67 protection rating

illuminated tip, adapted for power sockets

visual and audible signaling upon voltage detection

built-in LED flashlight

ergonomic housing with a belt clip

operates in 50/60 Hz networks

power supply: 2x AAA 1.5 V batteries

VT-3 NON-CONTACT AC VOLTAGE INDICATOR A new incarnation of the neon tester.
