Digital Dual Motion Detector Outdoor Without Bracket White

OPAL is an outdoor dual motion detector that is perfectly suited for use both outside a protected building and indoors, where difficult or specific environmental conditions prevail (e.g., in halls, shelters). The OPAL detector is equipped with PIR and MW technologies, as well as an anti-masking function implemented through a microwave channel. The dual technology combined with the detector’s self-adaptation algorithm to environmental conditions ensures high resistance to false alarms, thus providing stable operation in harsh weather conditions such as rain, snow, sunlight, and strong air gusts. The device offers correct operation over a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +55°C, and changes in ambient temperature are automatically compensated.

The OPAL detector features a detection angle of up to 100 degrees and a range exceeding 15 meters. The area under the detector is also protected, ensuring that any attempt by an intruder to approach the device to damage or detach it will be detected. Additionally, the software of the OPAL series detectors has been developed so that the movement of small pets does not trigger false alarms.

The device’s casing is also exceptional, made using two-component injection technology. This has resulted in a splash-proof construction with an IP54 protection class, providing the OPAL electronics with protection against harmful atmospheric phenomena. The detector’s casing also features high mechanical strength and resistance to UV radiation. To further protect the device from precipitation and contamination, it is possible to install a protective hood HOOD C (white) or HOOD C GY (gray) on the casing.

The design of the OPAL detector allows it to be mounted directly on a flat surface. If the detector needs to be tilted vertically or horizontally, special brackets – angular or spherical – from the sets: BRACKET E and BRACKET C (white) or BRACKET C GY (gray) should be used.

To increase the distance of the detector from the wall by several centimeters, it is necessary to use the BRACKET E bracket.

The OPAL detector is available in two color versions: white (OPAL) and gray (OPAL GY).
