Application
Precision tool for precise machining and for modelers: pressing, extruding, riveting, shaping, edge processing, bending wires and sheets. Stamping, extruding, and clamping parts made from easily formable materials.
Technical Data
- 5 cylindrical punching tips (reinforced) inserted into the rack and secured with a knurled screw: Ø 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 and 8mm.
- 2 semi-circular tips Ø 3 and Ø 9mm and a triangular tip (equilateral triangle) for bending sheet metal.
- The resistance element is an easily adjustable rotating plate with holes suitable for all the aforementioned tools for making holes.
- Clamping force of approximately 1,000N (100kg).
- Max. stroke of the gear shaft after mounting the tip is 65mm, above the rotating plate 50mm.
- Arm made of solid steel with a stroke of 120mm.
- Steel ground table measuring 80 x 190mm, with a thickness of 8mm in the middle.
